We invited iconic minds to bring all of this to Iconic, and the development will conquer the real estate market," believes Luiz Cláudio Mazzini Gomes, director of Incorporation at Mazzini and Sinduscon-ES. The contemporary and elegant architectural design of Iconic is signed by Diocélio and Bernardo Grasselli from DG Projetos. With 3 and 4-bedroom apartments ranging from 103 to 135m² and a linear penthouse with a 518m² rooftop, the architects highlight the biophilic design that permeates the entire project, transforming spaces like the recreational court, disconnection area, gym, wine garden, and solarium into true points of connection with nature. All common areas of Iconic were designed by Vivian Coser, an architect and member of the Green Building Council, awarded the Rethink the Future Architecture Awards 2021 and the Muse Design Awards 2021, who favored the spaces with elegant furniture and made extensive use of textures to create a welcoming atmosphere in each environment. All family members were considered in Coser's design: from the disconnection area, amidst lush vegetation, to the recreational court and game room, the architect showcases intelligent and sustainable use that delights in every detail. The responsible use of natural resources and sustainability are strong traits of the developments that carry the Mazzini brand. At Iconic, it is worth highlighting the infrastructure for electric vehicle charging points per parking space or set of spaces for the unit, automation kit for each apartment's environment, refrigerant line of splits installed in the bedrooms and living room, and a reservoir for storing water from the splits, for cleaning common areas, for example. Iconic personalities Known for the personalization of its developments, Mazzini invited iconic personalities from the Capixaba society who embody the spirit of Praia do Canto to create their dream residences in the apartments at Iconic. Architect and entrepreneur Roberta Drummond, for example, invited her colleague Sheila Basílio to design her space, shared with her husband João Eugênio Modenesi Filho and their children Lauro and João Vitor. The result reflects her stylish and trendy personality. A synonym for good taste and sophistication, designer Ivan Aguilar invited Bruna and Paula Rody from Inspira Conceitos to design his apartment, which makes extensive use of wood to bring refinement and contemporaneity, a perfect environment for Ivan to enjoy life alongside his inseparable dog Kira and his son and work companion Bernardo. A long-time resident of Praia do Canto, the multifaceted Ronald Carvalho confesses his passion for the neighborhood where he lives with his wife Gracinha and their cat Bruce, and frequently hosts his children and grandchildren. His apartment at Iconic was designed by architect and family friend Sérgio Paulo Rabello, who brought different textures and furniture that blend the old with the contemporary to create a cozy and distinctive space. Preview for brokers In a first-hand event, Mazzini invited brokers from Lopes to get to know Iconic Design Living during a sales convention at Casa Mizzi, in Jardim da Penha on April 27. The launch for the construction company's guests will take place at the development's stand, located at Rua Aleixo Netto, 646, corner with Saul Navarro, on June 1.
