On August 30 and 31, Vitória will be the national focus when it comes to health, hosting the 11th Brazilian Congress of the National Federation of Health Service Establishments (FENAESS). FENAESS, the largest representative federation of health companies in the country, brings together 21 unions from various states and brings crucial debates for the sector to the capital of Espírito Santo.

The event, which will take place at the Golden Tulip, in Praça do Papa, will feature the participation of authorities, health professionals, hospital managers, clinics, laboratories, health professionals, representatives of companies and employer unions, who will discuss relevant topics and present proposals for the improvement of the sector.

Among the confirmed speakers are Maurício Nunes da Silva, Sector Development Director of ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency); Renato Freire Casarotti, Vice President of ABRAMGE (Brazilian Association of Health Plans); Daniel Araújo Ferraz, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Sector at Rede D’Or São Luiz; Fátima Pinho, Healthcare Leader Partner at Deloitte Brazil; and Roberto Gordilho, CEO of GesSaúde and digital influencer in the sector.

Program and Tickets

The congress, organized for the first time in partnership by the unions SINDHES and SINDISUL, will be divided into two days. Activities on the first day will start at 8 am and extend until 6:40 pm. On the second day, discussions will continue from 8 am to 1 pm, ending with a happy hour for participants to socialize. Tickets can be purchased on the Sympla platform for R$ 300.

Topics for Discussion

According to Breno de Figueiredo Monteiro, president of FENAESS, the congress program has been carefully crafted to address current and future topics in the health sector. "We are in the 11th edition of this congress, which travels through the states linked to the unions affiliated with FENAESS. We will discuss the prospects for 2024 and 2025, addressing the relationship between providers, operators, and regulatory bodies. We will also address issues such as artificial intelligence, tax reform, and the increase in judicialization in health, topics that have generated significant challenges for the sector," Monteiro stated.

Fábio Frank, president of SINDHES, emphasized the relevance of the topics discussed at the event. "Our congress this year attracts health managers from Espírito Santo and other states, including doctors and professionals involved in the sector. The main discussions will be about the application of artificial intelligence in health and the relationship between providers and operators, which is vital for the market," Frank highlighted.

The 11th Brazilian Congress of FENAESS promises to be a milestone for the health sector, bringing together prominent figures and offering a platform for debates that can shape the future of health in Brazil.
