Coffee lovers now have another reason to celebrate: Victoria is receiving this week its first unit of THE COFFEE, a coffee shop chain inspired by Japan. Located in the heart of Praia do Canto, the minimalist and technological space will offer a streamlined menu, featuring high-quality coffees and related products, all in "to go" format.
Headquartered in Paraná, THE COFFEE went to Tokyo, the city with the highest number of "to go" coffee shops, to seek its inspiration. The characteristics of Japanese coffee shops, such as perfectionism, minimalism, and space optimization, have been translated into excellent service, with modern tablet-based ordering and superior quality products.
It is worth mentioning that the cosmopolitan atmosphere of THE COFFEE embraces Brazilian coffee. The blends offered by the coffee shop are made from beans grown in regions of Brazil known for their undeniable quality -- such as Cerrado Mineiro and northern Paraná.
Today, the chain is present in several Brazilian cities, as well as in Lisbon and Madrid. In Victoria, THE COFFEE is brought by Aldomar Júnior and Brenda Nascimento, two coffee enthusiasts. The store is located at Avenida Rio Branco, number 971.

Minimalism is the "principle of reducing the use of elements or resources to a minimum." In the case of The Coffee, this concept is present in absolutely everything. All elements and processes have been thought out and rethought to provide the customer with a perfect experience, from the moment of purchase to the consumption of the product.
Thus, at The Coffee, customers can place their orders in two very simple ways: through an intuitive tablet or directly via the mobile app, available for Android and iOS. All of this makes ordering much more dynamic, modern, and, soon, minimalist.
