The new real estate development by Città Engenharia and Apex, Arti Design Living, launched at the beginning of July in Praia da Costa, already has its stand equipped for the movement of those interested in getting to know the project that promises to redefine the concept of luxury with the minimalist elegance of the future. Speaking of the future, Città's executive director, Roberto Puppim, mentions that one of the attractions of the location is the visit to the decorated apartment through virtual reality. "We are using the Oculus VR device that allows potential clients to experience an immersive visit to the decorated spaces of the apartment," he states.
The simulation allows the client to walk inside the apartment and visualize the environments, all in the comfort of our stand, in a room equipped for the technology. "They have a better idea of the space, the decoration - done by architect João Armentano who participated in the Arti project, the stunning sea view, among other details," explains Puppim.
For Città's director, artificial intelligence has become an increasingly relevant part of everything, and it has already arrived in the real estate sector, such as in the case of decorated apartments. "The use of Oculus is yet another convenience option for our clients; even before the decorated space is set up, we can already show the product in virtual reality, and all of this, of course, accompanied by our team that will guide and clarify all doubts about the development," he points out.
The sales stand is located at Rua São Paulo, 2020 – Praia da Costa – Vila Velha, and operates from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm, open to the public.
