Wine for Summer

          To enjoy the summer, wine can be a great option to accompany hot days. That’s why Sommelier Bernardo Coelho, responsible for the wine curation at Empório Joaquim, recommends Scalabrone Rosato. The Italian wine from the Bolgheri region is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese, and Merlot. Coming from the Antinori winery, one of the most classic and oldest in Italy, it is lightly bodied and presents notes of ripe strawberries and raspberries.
