Among its characteristics are impairments in social interaction, communication difficulties, and restrictive and repetitive behavior patterns, and such difficulties can arise in various degrees, from mild to severe, where speech is affected. Thinking about serving these children and qualifying professionals, one of the owners of Vila Pindô, Guilherme Brunoro, decided to promote a professional training course at his children's buffet, in partnership with Prezença Recreação e Esportes, on the upcoming October 19, all day, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, for professionals in general. The investment is R$ 230.00, which includes teaching material, ebook, digital certificate, Autism Friend professional seal, and morning and afternoon coffee breaks. "More and more, we have to deal with various children with needs that require differentiated care and who also have the right to have fun," he explains. The Professional Training Course in Service to people with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) is provided by the specialized company Incluir Treinamentos, from São Paulo, and will feature instructors Amanda Ribeiro and Maria Luiza Jordão, who will emphasize the importance of a trained team to assist individuals and families with autism. The initiative was an idea of businessman Rodrigo Prezença, a partner of Vila Pindô in recreational activities, and Guilherme Brunoro did not think twice about joining the project.
