Una: the boldness of Grand arrives in Vitória

Una Residence will be the tallest tower in the city of Vitória, with 37 floors. The last three floors will be dedicated to leisure and socializing. At the highest point of the city, an infinity pool. Also at the top of the development, a luxurious spa with a heated whirlpool pool, two sky lounges, and gourmet spaces.

The landscaping is designed by the award-winning architect Benedito Abbud, who made use of organic shapes and created a beautiful lake with stones and koi fish surrounded by various shades of green. “We developed landscaping focused on biophilia, that is, a great homage to the human connection with nature. With intimate, refined environments close to plants, water, and fish, residents will be able to have a better quality of life,” he comments.

Una Residence will also feature clay tennis courts and beach tennis courts, soccer and basketball courts, a playground and pool for kids, a 25-meter lap pool, a gym, barbecue areas, and a pet park. Among the amenities for residents are a grocery store, beach bar, bike space, garage band, beauty salon, and coworking space.
