One of the sectors most affected by the coronavirus pandemic is certainly that of bars and restaurants, as it is primarily characterized by in-person service. Since March 2020, the sector has been struggling with various restrictive measures ranging from total closures to limitations on operating hours.
Many establishments have closed due to a lack of customers because of these restrictions, and others are still fighting to survive in this new scenario. The government is trying to do its part, such as the publication of the Provisional Measure 936 (MP 936), which brought new rules regarding the reduction of work hours, salaries, and suspension of employment contracts, as well as the creation of the National Support Program for Micro and Small Enterprises, Pronampe.
Credit for Bars and Restaurants
With an unprecedented initiative, Sindbares will be offering the sector assistance in reducing their costs by up to 90% through a partnership with a platform called 'Mesa de Negócios'. On this platform, companies buy from each other while keeping their cash flow intact, meaning they do not have to spend money.
It works as follows: the bar or restaurant affiliated with Sindbares will receive an initial credit in a currency called Well$ (W$) and will be able to purchase products or services from other companies that are also part of the system. This credit will later be paid to Mesa de Negócios with the very products and services that the bar or restaurant sells, which can then be acquired by other participants on the platform.
Hiring Services in Various Segments
On Mesa de Negócios, there are various registered companies that provide products and services for the sector, such as: installation and maintenance of air conditioning and solar panels, pest control companies, grease trap cleaning, disinfection, cleaning supplies, accounting, advertising and digital marketing agencies, outdoor and digital panel companies, radio and television broadcasters, technology services, pharmacies, photography, press advisory, sound and lighting, party decoration, carpentry, alarms and security, beverage distributors, among others.
To obtain more information and participate in Mesa de Negócios, the company affiliated with Sindbares must register through the website mesadenegociosbrasil.com/sindbares, and there will be no registration fee or monthly payments.
