Crispy Sensation

Gelato Borelli Vitória will make your holiday tastier with the new flavor arriving in stores on the 20th: the Crispy Sensation! Available from November 20 to 30 at the Praia do Canto and Shopping Vitória locations, the novelty combines creaminess, freshness, and the perfect texture, uniting the smooth touch of yogurt with fragola — the classic strawberry gelato made from the fruit — resulting in a silky base that melts delicately in the mouth.

To complement, the crispy Borella brings the irresistible contrast between the crunchiness and a tangy touch, creating a surprising experience of flavors and sensations. According to Caio Adrião, one of the partners of the gelateria at Praia do Canto, the launch reinforces the artisanal essence of the brand.

“With each flavor we launch, we seek to translate moments and memories into gelato. The Crispy Sensation was born precisely from this desire to deliver something that is both vibrant and refreshing,” he says.
