Fostering, inspiring, and innovating are some of the guidelines of the "Innovation Pathway" project, which has just been launched in the market by Senac-ES. The new initiative is part of the educational plan of the Senac-ES Hub, whose physical implementation works of the innovation center are progressing rapidly at the Senac unit in Vitória.
The course pathway consists of four stages, with the first lasting 20 hours. The Ideation stage covers brainstorming and design thinking. The second stage, called Validation, with a workload of 20 hours, addresses testing and efficiency. The third stage is Presentation, lasting 24 hours. In this phase, students learn about pitch and business presentation tools, as well as partnership management, investors, and business acceleration.
The final stage, called Implementation and Maturity, lasts 36 hours and involves aspects of the customer experience journey, performance, support and service, as well as frameworks and indicators. The courses will be offered at the Senac unit on Beira-mar Avenue in Vitória, aimed at professionals who want to enhance their careers by betting on innovation for growth.
According to the regional director of Senac-ES, Richardson Schmittel, the "Innovation Pathway" project aims to implement and expand the culture of innovation in various areas, especially in the segments of commerce, goods, services, and tourism in Espírito Santo. "Our hub is in the initial phase of physical structuring and will reach the market to promote a strong dialogue between school and market, anchoring transformative projects and ideas that result in efficiency, talent development, and expertise for the benefit of companies."
