Saturday has Pre-Carnival with Timbalada at Chácara Flora

"Love, just call me.... Ah! Ah! I'll be there!" Saturday has Pre-Carnival at Chácara Flora, and leading the event are Denny Denan, Buja Ferreira, and the rhythm of the timbaleiros. The swinging percussion invades the green area of Steffen on February 3rd. A phenomenon since the 90s, Timbalada was born in the Candeal Pequeno neighborhood of Brotas, with Carlinhos Brown, and has become one of the most important names in Afro-Brazilian culture. Since then, it has gained a legion of followers, the famous timbaleiros. It has been three decades of much innovation and a beat never reproduced by any other band. At Chácara Flora, the return of singer Denny Denan comes after five years of solo career. Denny will sing alongside Buja Ferreira, who is a musician and composer and has been on vocals for 'Timba' for about four years. Together, they promise to make everyone dance a lot. Confirmed in the show's setlist are the most famous hits of the timbaleiros, such as "Beija-Flor", "Água Mineral", "Mimar Você", "Margarida Perfumada", and "Minha História".
