Conversation Circle for Women

Talking about certain topics like gut health, sexuality, and sensuality is still a taboo for some women. To discuss these themes in a fun and informative way, Shopping Jardins is hosting the Meeting You event this Tuesday, 29. They have invited three professionals specialized in their fields to address topics closely related to women in a light-hearted chat, with touches of humor and sensuality.

The sexologist and couples therapist, Sirleide Stinguel, who has been in the market for seven years helping women reclaim their sexuality and awaken their sensuality, is one of the speakers. She will discuss the topic "Sex on the Tip of the Tongue," an instructive and fun conversation. According to the professional, this is generally a taboo subject, and women seek her out with many questions about pompoirism.

The gynecologist and obstetrician Fernando Guedes, a major reference for natural childbirth in Espírito Santo and famous for using dance as a relaxation technique for pregnant women during labor, will also be at the event. The doctor, considered a favorite among pregnant women, will address the topic "Sex without Worries, Taboos, and Myths."

Coloproctologist Dr. Tarcianna Ribeiro will talk about "Uncomplicated and Worry-Free Proctology," revealing healthy truths about anal aesthetics.

The event will take place at Cine Jardins, starting at 6:30 PM. Beforehand, participants will enjoy a cocktail at the Varanda Gran Sabor restaurant, featuring drinks, tastings, and giveaways.

Spaces are limited, and tickets are being sold at the Gab's store located in Shopping Jardins.
