Trends tend to have more personality
Since last year, when the whole world went through the emergence of Covid-19 and so many changes in life, one of the things that has not yet returned to normal is parties. Birthday celebrations, baptisms, baby showers, engagements, anniversaries, everything has become more intimate. "People have started to value family a lot, and big parties have turned into small events, but with a lot of love and meaning," guarantees nutritionist and baker Renata Póvoa.
With this trend, she created a party kit that caters to small celebrations: "Seeing the current reality, and the desire of people not to let a birthday, a moment of happiness, pass by unnoticed, I created kits that cater to parties with five or 10 people," she explains. The party kit consists of cake and savory snacks, available in homemade cake and party cake versions. "The homemade cake is made with flavors of carrot or chocolate with brigadeiro frosting and banana with dulce de leche, orange or cornmeal with guava paste. The party cake can be made with vanilla or chocolate and two fillings of choice – white or dark brigadeiro, Ninho, Nutella, and the frosting is chantininho," explains Renata. The savory snacks come in a variety of options, including beef, pizza, or corn pastries; chicken and catupiry coxinhas, sausage rolls, and cheese balls.
The kit for five people contains 50 savory snacks and for 10 people, 100 savory snacks. The prices are:
