Gama.   About CASACOR Espírito Santo The 26th edition of CASACOR Espírito Santo will be held at the 38th Infantry Battalion, located in Prainha, Vila Velha, which was also the venue for the 16th edition in 2006, and 16 years later will host the event again, scheduled for the period from September 21 to November 20, 2022. Since 1996, CASACOR Espírito Santo has brought together the best in architecture, interior design, and landscaping in the state. The theme proposed for this year's CASACOR is “Infinite Particular.” For the show’s director, Rita Rocio Tristão, the theme invites reflection on a new way of living that prioritizes balance, physical and mental well-being of the residents, in homes that are absolutely biographical. “The post-confinement reality demands environments that promote well-being during prolonged stays and positively influence the physical and mental health of those who inhabit and develop as individuals,” she highlighted. For 2022, the show plans environments designed by a select team of professionals, including both established market names and young talents in architecture, interior design, and landscaping. The project encompasses a large area of the 38th BI, involving three properties: the Forte São Francisco Xavier da Barra, the Transit Hotel, and part of the Command Pavilion of the 38th BI. The project will connect the buildings to the sea and explore the variety of landscapes, with bold and contemporary environments.
