What a Promotion!! Who doesn't remember the catchphrase 'haja coração' from the renowned sports commentator Galvão Bueno? Well, the current businessman, radio host, and presenter is the new ambassador of the Coco Bambu chain, and he has announced that there is a promotion for delicious dishes throughout the month of October at the chain, and here the locations in Vitória and Vila Velha are participating.
These are selected dishes for two people, served from Monday to Friday, at lunch and dinner. "The dishes include shrimp and our famous sun-dried beef from the hinterlands," says one of the executive directors of Coco Bambu Vila Velha, Pedro Soares. "Our versions for two people serve up to three," Soares affirms.
Among the culinary experiences, the options are Camarão Praia de Olinda, Camarão Coco Bambu, and Carne de Sol do Sertão.
Camarão Praia de Olinda (Serves 2 people) for R$99.90
Praia de Olinda: Shrimp sautéed with garlic and onion, served with creamy rice with basil, enveloped in white sauce. Gratinated with mozzarella cheese. Accompanied by straw potatoes.
Carne de Sol do Sertão (Serves 2 people) for R$99.90
Traditional sun-dried beef accompanied by rice with milk and curd cheese, topped with shredded sun-dried beef sautéed in country butter with red onion, cream, and cilantro. Gratinated with curd cheese. And accompanied by fried cassava.
Camarão Coco Bambu (Serves 2 people) for R$129.90
Shrimp stuffed with catupiry and breaded. Served over creamy rice with shrimp, peas, and ham, enveloped in white sauce. Gratinated with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Accompanied by straw potatoes.
The promotion is valid for an indefinite time, exclusively for consumption in the restaurant, from Monday to Friday at lunch and dinner - except on holidays, commemorative dates, and the eve of holidays, at the Praia do Canto and Praia da Costa units.
