According to the businessman behind Gelato Borelli located in Shopping Vitória, Vitor Guedes, this collaboration is irresistible. “Paçoca is a typical sweet from the São Paulo cuisine, from the interior of São Paulo, being a reference in the country and a symbol of this period of June and July festivities,” he explains.

The seasonal flavor is made with the gelato from the creamy Paçoquita paste and the delicate touch of Borelli's Biancolitto cream, made with white chocolate.
