Have you ever thought about starting your Sunday with a seaside brunch full of options on the menu? This is the proposal of Barlavento Beach Bar & Lounge, at Camburi Beach. Served every Sunday from 10 AM to 12 PM, the ‘Barla Brunch’ now has a new menu.
At the request of partners Pedro Paulo Moyses and Thiago Garcia, chef Diego Henrique created new suggestions in addition to the already popular Croque Monsieur, Croque Madame, and Sourdough Toast with butter, scrambled eggs, and shredded turkey breast, the most requested items from the previous menu.
The menu now includes grilled bread served with butter, cheese, and shredded turkey breast (R$ 17.90), and customers can choose from various flavors of crepiocas and tapiocas: arrais (minas cheese, tomato salsa, basil, and olive oil), marujo (smoked turkey breast and minas cheese), and marinheiro (sautéed mushrooms in thyme oil). Prices range from R$ 15.90 to R$ 27.90.
If you're in the mood for something sweet, there’s a tapioca filled with chocolate and strawberries (R$ 18.90).
Among the beverages are espresso, filtered coffee, orange juice, and Swiss lemonade.
