Keeping this in mind, gourmet brigadeiro specialist Graziella Ferrari from Miss Gatty Brigaderia created the Brigadeiro Station.
The novelty - irresistible - will make the party even sweeter and more special. “At the station, each guest can create their own brigadeiro, choosing the base and toppings of their preference,” explains the entrepreneur. Everything is personalized on the spot!
At first, it is possible to choose two options for the base - white brigadeiro and milk brigadeiro - and combine them with six different types of toppings in the flavors Confeti, Powerball, Paçoca, Ninho, Milk Chocolate Sprinkles, and White Chocolate Sprinkles.
Graziella mentions that the service is exclusive and unprecedented. “I was the first to create this idea; what we commonly see are those little cups already filled with the base and the option for the topping. We roll the sweet on the spot, set it up at the venue, and the best part is that guests can eat it whenever they want, throughout the entire party,” she says.
To acquire the service, the party must have at least 100 guests and a duration of three hours.
