Coco Bambu has just launched desserts to delight even more those who visit the restaurant chain. The detail is that they are frozen delights with noble ingredients that will please everyone, Gelato, with various flavors and Pistachio Blondie.
In Brazil, the ice cream sector has grown significantly in recent years. According to the Brazilian Association of Ice Cream Industries (ABIS), the market generated R$ 14 billion in 2022, an increase of 10% compared to the previous year. Of this amount, 20% came from artisanal gelaterias, and 80% from large industries. "As Brazil is a tropical country with predominantly warm weather, frozen desserts are a success and refreshing options for various occasions," explains Caio Adrião, one of the partners of Coco Bambu ES in Vitória.
Among the new items, the gelatos come in flavors of cream, brigadeiro, cookies and cream, and pistachio. The Blondie is served in pistachio flavor. The businessman states that the production is in-house and follows the tradition that makes the experience unique. "The gelatos are made with cream, milk, and butter and served at lower temperatures than traditional ice creams," he affirms. The Blondie, for those who are not familiar, is a version of the brownie, but prepared with white chocolate. "It is soft on the inside and forms that shiny crust on the outside, and the secret is not to rush: the blondie must cool completely before cutting the pieces to serve it," comments Caio.
