Registrations for the new class are open until June 24 and are free
With the success of the 'Business Clinic' - a project coordinated by the Thematic Chamber of Entrepreneurship and Inspiration of the Regional Administration Council of Espírito Santo (CRA-ES) - which aims to assist micro and small businesses with free training, a new training class has been opened for the upcoming days of June 25 and 26. Registrations can be made through the Council's website (www.cra.es.org.br) until the 24th, and the confirmation and course link will be sent by IAES to the registered email.
The content offered will cover the Consulting Methodology of the Business Clinic; Canvas; 5W2H; GUT and auxiliary tools; Collaborative processes; Behavioral tips for consultants; Basic concepts of using Zoom and the Business Clinic consulting software.
According to the president of CRA-ES, administrator Maurílio José Inês, this training has become a unique and highly consolidated model of online consulting. "Moreover, administration professionals have the opportunity to expand their networking and learn about a new consulting modality," he states. "In these meetings, there is always an exchange of information and experiences that help us grow," he emphasizes.
The volunteer consultants for this edition will be administrators Glaucio Gonçalves de Siqueira and Rodrigo de Souza Ribeiro, who intend to provide learning of specific techniques and tools that will contribute to the competencies and skills of professionals in developing online consulting activities.
The classes will last a total of six hours, from 7 PM to 9:30 PM on Friday (25) and from 8:30 AM to 12 PM on Saturday (26), and at the end, all participants will receive certificates. To participate, professionals need to be registered with CRA-ES and in good standing.
