Coutinho Group is promoting the opening of the first unit of Atacado Vem this Tuesday, the 18th. The new store is located along BR-101, in the Laranjeiras Velha neighborhood of Serra, marking the debut of the capixaba supermarket chain in the "wholesale retail" segment. There are over 3,500 m² of sales area, with a fully air-conditioned environment, ample private parking for motorcycles, cars, and bicycles, and accessibility for customers with reduced mobility.
The establishment is aimed at customers looking to shop in retail or wholesale and offers over 8,000 products, including items in the refrigerated, frozen, vegetables, fruits, legumes, cleaning and personal hygiene sections, beverage sectors, bakery, as well as a butcher service. Highlighting the Food Service space, directed at small and medium merchants with a range of institutional packaging, preserves, mayonnaise, ketchup, wheat, and various disposable packaging.
Atacado Vem has special pricing conditions based on the volume purchased (of the same item), meaning that the larger the volume, the greater the discount applied. All shelves feature price tags indicating the retail (unit) and wholesale (from a certain quantity) prices of each item. Institutional purchases (with CNPJ) have differentiated conditions in the store and also in tele-sales. However, payment will follow the same model used in conventional supermarkets. Purchases can be made in cash, debit or credit card, from major brands, or through meal vouchers.
The new venture of Coutinho Group involved an investment of approximately R$ 18 million, generating over 150 direct jobs for store service, in addition to indirect job positions. According to the CEO of the supermarket group, Luiz Coutinho, Atacado Vem arrives in the market contributing to the socioeconomic development of Serra, employing people and offering a new consumption option to serve residents and tourists. "We deliver a comfortable shopping space, with a variety of products, competitive prices, and cordial service. We are prepared to serve people well," highlights Coutinho.
