Clarification on the improper use of the name and institutional image

Nelson Wilians Advogados (NWADV) has become aware that certain self-proclaimed 'consulting' firms have been improperly presenting themselves as 'partners', 'representatives', or 'administrative support offices' of NWADV, with the intent to mislead and create a false connection to our firm.

We clarify that such information is entirely false and that NWADV has no affiliation with these groups. All appropriate legal and administrative measures are already underway to safeguard our institutional operations and protect the public against such practices.

We alert our clients and society in general to be extra vigilant in the face of these scam attempts. All contacts with NWADV are conducted exclusively through our official, institutional, and corporate channels.
