The apartments in the development will be delivered with the necessary infrastructure, and in addition, the building will also have all the technology such as: rain sensors on the living room doors, central vacuum system, accessible elevator with touch panel and braille keyboard for visually impaired individuals, hot water recirculation in the bathrooms, and even a garage with charging points for electric cars.
