The real estate developer, always attentive to modernity, bets on a new occupancy model Nazca – a real estate developer from Espírito Santo that operates with market intelligence, creating innovative developments that integrate into the urban scene, enhancing beauty and sustainable quality of life – is now investing in new businesses that generate value and opportunity. Its latest investment follows the trend of a new market that has emerged after the most critical period of the pandemic, which has become a trend: hybrid and flexible work, utilizing new environments. The coworking NaCapital is one such example and has a unit operating in Praia do Canto, in Vitória, and is in the process of expansion. Currently, Nazca has invested R$1.5 million in the first branch unit that is under construction, also in Praia do Canto, with an inauguration scheduled for the second half of 2022. This expansion project for the next three years aims to attract R$10 million from the market, including commercial property owners. NaCapital is a coworking space dedicated to prosperity. Led by founding partner Erik Lorenzon – who lived abroad for several years and returned working in the new business area of a large construction company – and Jairo Siqueira, who is also president of Cindes Jovem – the two partners together created a tool for prosperity: a modern, cosmopolitan space that fosters connectivity. Operating 24 hours, the space provides networking opportunities among various professionals who meet there. "We see the office as a facilitator of dreams and serve companies that want a status of modernity," explains founder Erik Lorenzon. In the business space, it is possible to have all the structure of a conventional office, but without the usual commitments. "We have internet, meeting rooms, an auditorium, tables, chairs, a receptionist, air-conditioned environment, bathroom, and even a kitchen with coffee, for freelancers or companies to hold meetings, work as many hours as necessary, with flexibility according to what the client wants," explains manager Jairo Siqueira. In addition to freelancers, some large companies have rented fixed spaces for employees from certain sectors to work in coworking. "We noticed a large flow of employees who were in home office, who did not return to their companies and came to coworking," explains Lorenzon. The feeling of freedom, not being tied to schedules or a conventional work environment, and the exchange provided among professionals is motivating. The energy generated, new ideas, and service exchanges arise in the routine. "Even happy hours happen here, and people connect and relax freely," says Siqueira. For Lorenzon, coworking is a trend that is here to stay in the 21st century. "Many companies realized that there is no need for a fixed space, that various workers perform better coexisting with other professionals from different companies, in a modern and practical environment," he says.
