Natal Passione Pasta

December has arrived, and the celebrations, along with the very special date that is Christmas, are approaching! Passione Pasta – a handmade pasta factory run by partners Viviane Anselmé and Jacqueline Turini has created a special menu for Christmas.  “Besides our handmade pastas like lasagna and gnocchi, we will also have cod and other enhanced options available for orders,” explains chef Jacqueline.

Among the special dishes are Brandad de bacalhau, Creamy Cod Loin, Creamy Shrimp in Pumpkin, Polpetoni stuffed with Brie in rustic tomato sauce with basil, Grana Padano Gnocchi with sauce, and Bolognese Gnocchi gratin with parmesan. The dishes serve four to five people and can also be ordered in exclusive baking dishes. “We have devised a way to make it even easier for those ordering the dishes, and with the baking dish, the customer leaves with the dish ready to serve,” guarantees one of the partners at Passione Pasta, Viviane Anselmé.

There are also options for wines, sparkling wines, olive oils, and various products in the store located on the ground floor of the factory in Vila Velha.
