Convento Cervejaria brings its special Christmas made with an Italian wild cherry known as Amarena, with an alcohol content of almost 7% and a reddish color that fits the Christmas spirit. “It’s a beer with moderate bitterness, with strong malts and roasting that remind one of coffee,” explains one of the partners at the capixaba craft brewery, Léo Leal.
“It pairs well with traditional Christmas dinner dishes and that post-Christmas barbecue,” says Léo. The beer is sold in Growlers and can be purchased at conventoemcasa.com and the Convento Cervejaria app, available on the Play Store.
