Multivix holds the largest Medical Journey in Brazil

Centro Universitário Multivix Vitória will hold, from June 2 to 4, one of the largest events organized by an Academic Center in Brazil: the 4th Emergency Medicine Journey of Espírito Santo 2022 (EMERGEN.VIX 2022). The event is promoted by CADOM – Centro Acadêmico de Medicina Dr. Orlando José Ferreira Martins and will take place in a hybrid format, streamed via YouTube, in order to enable the participation of students from all institutions in ES and other states. The EMERGEN.VIX is an annual successful event among medical students in Espírito Santo and, since 2020, when it underwent an adaptation phase due to the pandemic and social isolation, it has been held in a virtual format. The event is aimed at all areas related to the specialty, as well as their respective subspecialties. Among the topics to be addressed are: Emergency in 2022 inside and outside ES (“We need to talk about emergency in the post-Covid 2019”), Knocking on the door of emergency (“Time is brain: minute by minute of the patient with stroke”), Pre-hospital care (“Extraterrestrial cardiopulmonary resuscitation”), Initial care in the red room: from stabilization to evolution (“Blood everywhere: what to do first?”), Disaster medicine (“Adapting emergency care in hard-to-reach areas”) and Emergency under different horizons (“Women in emergency: when we are challenged beyond routine”). The event will be a stage for information and scientific debate on the most current and relevant topics about emergency with professionals who are state and national references.
