In addition to all the solidarity actions carried out by the samba schools of Greater Vitória, the organization of the 2020 Vitória Carnival also made a donation to the Cultural, Sports and Leisure Association of Nova Rosa da Penha (ACEL NRP) in Cariacica, which resulted in the production of thousands of masks. “More than 1000 abadás from Camarote 10 were donated for the production of masks and 600 cups were distributed to other entities that carry out social work,” says businessman Raimundo Nonato.
The person in charge of ACEL NRP, Roniel Monico Ramos da Silva, informed that “they have already started donating the masks and cups and will also carry out a campaign in the neighborhood to collect food in exchange for the acquisition of masks.”
