High Demand for Rentals!

A survey by Horwath HTL confirms the growth across Brazil in the number of residential properties with hotel services. Although the houses have different structures, the proposal is the same: to offer a more home-like, less impersonal place and ensure that demands for cleaning, security, and food are outsourced. According to businessman Tiago Leitão, manager of the Cacimba do Padre estate in Costa Dourada, one of the advantages of this type of rental is the sharing of costs. “If before, in seasonal rentals, the contractor was responsible for 100% of the payment, now they can share it with the group and reduce accommodation expenses by more than 50%,” he highlighted.
