Photo credit: Rfvisioncreator The launch of Miss Espírito Santo 2024 took place last Saturday, the 9th, at Espaço Mari Ferrari, in Barro Vermelho, Vitória. This traditional beauty event - the first one took place in 1955 - has now become a contest of female representation, featuring women with a purpose. With 24 finalist candidates competing for the title, women from north to south of the state are participating. The event was attended by various opinion leaders, businesspeople from the industry, Miss Espírito Santo 2023, Anna Beatriz Sousa, former titleholders Stephany Pim, Thainá Castro, and Miss World 2024, Nicole Guedes. Guests were enchanted by the beauty of the candidates and the view of the Vitória Canal bay - even at night - where the event took place, and they were welcomed with a buffet by Aline Castro. The candidates were introduced one by one and paraded in dresses by Mari Ferrari, with beauty by Espaço Nales, and were hosted at Easy Vitória. According to the coordinator of Miss Espírito Santo, businessman, advertiser, and event producer Charles Souza from Céos Produções, women from Espírito Santo over 18 years old participate, and the evaluation criteria are: communication, beauty, runway performance, friendliness, and behavior. "To ensure that the jury has all the tools to choose the best representative from Espírito Santo, the finalists will participate in official activities until June, culminating in confinement at the Easy Vitória hotel," he explains.
