On September 1st, Thursday, the COO of MeuChope – a startup from Espírito Santo in the craft beer market – Augusto Sato, will participate in 'InovaVila Talks', an event promoted by InovaVila Incubator to discuss innovations in the brewing industry. Among the participants are Juliano Ribeiro, Professor at the Federal Institute of Science and Technology of Espírito Santo (IFES) in Vila Velha and Coordinator of the Beer and Raw Materials Analysis Laboratory (LACEMP), and Jean Rodrigues, coordinator of the Multidisciplinary Center for Brewing Technology at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP).
