Businessman, broker, and real estate agent Ivan Machado will inaugurate RE/MAX – the largest real estate network in the world – on May 1st, landing in Vitória, in Mata da Praia. "This will be the first franchise of the 20 planned for the next two years," says Machado.
Ivan starts the operation with a team of twelve professionals who have received training that enables best practices and processes in the real estate market to work in a company that has more than 4,000 real estate agents across the country, following the standard American model. "We have a lot of work ahead of us because we need to show our clients the best way to succeed in selling their property," emphasizes Machado.
Regarding the Coronavirus pandemic – which affects the whole world – Ivan says that "the fact does not directly affect the work, as it is currently done in the digital realm. "The client can view the property digitally, with a 360º tour, meetings will be held via video conference, among other conveniences."
The difference of RE/MAX is that the main focus is the property owner, for whom we provide exclusive consulting and management services for their property, with each of our agents only able to work with a maximum of 20 properties simultaneously so that we can give more attention to the owners, allowing the entire market to sell alongside us, encouraging healthy partnerships that speed up sales," says Machado.
"RE/MAX is not simply a real estate company; RE/MAX is a company of people, our focus is on the people who are in search of a dream and will connect with others like them, with ideas and dreams, who will offer the best of the real estate market in Espírito Santo, with an infinite diversity of quality properties catering to various investment ranges," emphasizes Machado.
