Importance of Good Practices in Condominium Management

In a webinar held on July 15, several questions about the topic were addressed.

The management service of a condominium is becoming increasingly important as homes concentrate in buildings, where community living is essential. Based on this principle, it is necessary to understand that the condominium should be managed by companies and/or professionals qualified for this function.

In order to guide administrators interested in the topic, the Regional Administration Council of Espírito Santo (CRA-ES), through the Thematic Chamber of Condominium Administration, held a webinar on July 15 with the theme "Ethics and Transparency in Condominium Management," featuring expert administrator Rosely Schwartz, who spoke directly from São Paulo. The event was moderated by the coordinator of the Thematic Chamber of Condominium Administration of CRA-ES, Technologist Patrícia Sperandio.

Among other guidance, Rosely stated that it is essential to have a good partnership to manage a condominium, as it is necessary to comply with various legal requirements through the use of ethics and transparency, thus ensuring good management.

Rosely also provided many practical examples of condominium management and emphasized the importance of good quality practices and the 'Code of Conduct': "It is important to adopt a code, understand the role of the manager in relation to the administrator, and what practical actions to take to achieve transparency in condominium management," she emphasized.

For the coordinator of the Thematic Chamber of Condominium Administration of CRA-ES, Technologist Patrícia Sperandio, the event is important for condominium administrators in the state. "It is possible to update administrators and guide them for better management of their company in relation to condominiums," Patrícia highlights.
