High-end properties have resumed growth after the year 2020. According to the Brazilian Association of Real Estate Developers (Abrainc), in a recent survey released, according to 18 associated companies, property launches totaled 28,470 units in the period, contributing to a 45% increase compared to the same period of the previous year. When considering the number of properties launched by developers over the last 12 months, ending in April, the growth was 13.5% (132,136 new properties) over the previous period, and the launches of medium and high-end properties had an expansion of 118%, contributing to a 16% growth in the volume launched in a year.
“High-end properties have captured a market segment that seeks quality of life, prime location, and modernity,” explains the director of Nazca Incorporadora, Breno Peixoto. In fact, the company’s latest launch in partnership with construction company Abaurre is the Ventanas Praia do Canto project, located in the upscale neighborhood of the capital, Praia do Canto.
