Ginteria Dining Club is shaking up Praia do Canto

The venue is located on Rua Joaquim Lírio, in Praia do Canto, and in addition to an exclusive menu featuring the best of contemporary cuisine, it also offers drinks crafted by renowned bartenders from Brazil and other parts of the world. According to the partners, Thiago Mariani and Ubiratan Oliver, the venue provides a relaxed atmosphere during the day and a more intimate setting at night. "Our house accommodates a diverse audience and offers everyone a unique experience through sound, bringing the best of Deep House Music; food, and exclusive drinks," he said. Although the house specializes in gin, a variety of drinks with other alcohol bases, such as vodka, champagne, cachaça, and many others, are also offered. Beer and draft beer are included on the menu. "One of the differentiators of the venue is the speed with which we prepare the flavored gin and tonic. It comes straight from the tap and is delivered to the customer in two minutes," Thiago said. The drink menu was crafted by Matheus Cunha, who has been voted the best bartender in Brazil more than 10 times, the best bartender in Latin America, and was listed among the top 10 bartenders in the world in London. It was also created by Jonny Piccolo, who is from Mendoza, Argentina. He has worked as a bartender at Chiringuito and Ground, two of the best bars in Argentina, and has six years of experience, reaching the finals of the Pan American Cocktail Competition and placing second in the national competition in Argentina. The menu was created by chef Gabriel Oliveira from Rio de Janeiro. He has worked in some of the best restaurants in Brazil, such as Condesa Café Fusion - Asian, PJ Clark’s - American, and Rubi Wine Bar - Contemporary. The venue can accommodate up to 150 people. The highlight of the space is the bar and the large windows overlooking the outdoor area, enhancing the feeling of integration between the spaces. Thiago also mentioned that the club can host corporate events, private parties, and event launches.
