Jangadeiro Festival with a New Feature at Coco Bambu ES

Credit: Disclosure Inspired by the famous jangadas commonly seen along the coastal region of Ceará and the jangadeiros - the fishermen who cross the sea in these vessels in search of the best fish and seafood, the Coco Bambu restaurant chain launches the Jangadeiro Festival, featuring the house specialty, shrimp, at promotional prices. In addition to the popular Camarão Coco Brasil and Camarão Coco Bambu, a new dish is part of the promotional menu, the Camarão Siciliano. "This new dish comes with a mouth-watering side, the lemon risotto," says Caio Adrião, one of the partners of the chain in Espírito Santo. The dish will be served at the festival in a portion for two people. Additionally, the other dishes will also have options for two and three people. Check out the descriptions below. Camarão Siciliano (2 People) for R$ 89.90 Shrimp stuffed with catupiry cheese and breaded, served over lemon risotto, garnished with parsley. Comes with potato sticks. Camarão Coco Bambu - 2 people – R$ 109.90 / 3 people – R$ 149.90 Shrimp stuffed with catupiry and breaded. Served over creamy rice with shrimp, peas, and ham, enveloped in white sauce. Topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Comes with potato sticks. Camarão Coco Brasil - 2 people – R$ 89.90 / 3 people – R$ 129.90 Breaded shrimp stuffed with catupiry, served over a creamy moqueca rice with shrimp and cilantro, topped with potato sticks. Comes with panko farofa with bacon and leeks. The promotion is valid from Sunday to Thursday for dinner and Monday to Friday for lunch, exclusively for consumption in the restaurant, until May 31, served at Coco Bambu Vitória and Vila Velha.
