Job vacancies will be offered in a new edition of the Employability Fair. The event is organized by Grau Educacional Cariacica and will take place on Thursday (9), from 9 AM to 3 PM. The institution's goal is to connect unemployed workers with companies that have hiring demands. There are chances for immediate hiring.
Access to the event is free, and interested individuals need to go to Grau Educacional Cariacica, located at Avenida Mário Gurgel, 5, Vila Capixaba. “The event is open to the general public, especially for those living in Cariacica, Viana, and neighboring municipalities,” explained Weber Fontana, the coordinator of the initiative.
The opportunities are for positions such as salesperson, cashier, attendant, butcher, stock clerk, packer, administrative assistant, stockist, and other roles. The hiring is for CLT, internship, and freelance positions. “It is an opportunity for both those seeking a job and those looking for reemployment in the job market. The intention is to consolidate our social and economic relevance in the region where we are located,” informed Fontana.
*How does it work?*
Upon arriving at the 4th Employability Fair, candidates will be directed to receive guidance regarding the job market in general. After that, they can choose their desired job vacancy. Then, partner companies will meet with candidates and conduct the selection process.
In the next stage, Human Resources (HR) representatives will interview the selected candidates. “They will be informed about the possibility of hiring. If everything goes well, the future hire will be referred by the company itself to the next stages,” clarified Weber.
