Businessman Erik Lorenzon hosted Brenda Nascimento, communication coordinator at Suzano, in a conversation that addressed the decision of the global leader in pulp production to opt for coworking. The meeting took place at NaCapital, a shared office space founded by Erik, which has hosted a dedicated area for Suzano to support its operations in Vitória.
For Suzano, having a base in the coworking space is interesting for generating awareness, as they coexist with 30 other companies in the same coworking environment. This also provides a support office closer to their stakeholders, since the production hubs are located relatively far from the capital.
With the spread of hybrid work models, driven by the pandemic, remote work has become an option for many workers and companies. However, not everyone has the necessary setup to work from home, so having a coworking space is a great option, as it is more comfortable and can improve productivity. These shared offices offer the flexibility to meet all kinds of demands, from large companies like Suzano to students preparing for the Enem.
