The real estate segment experienced the highest growth among luxury categories in Brazil, according to a study conducted by the global investment consultancy Bain & Company. The research, released in January of this year, divided the luxury market into 9 segments: fashion and personal items, real estate, automobiles, health, private jets, yachts, fine art, hotels, and fine beverages.
The luxury real estate category grew 339% compared to 2020 and was the segment that recorded the largest expansion between 2020 and 2022. The study also points out that technology is a great ally for the expansion of the luxury real estate market, as it enables property visits with virtual reality, for example.
Arti Design Living, a development by Città and Apex, located at Praia da Costa, offers this convenience. "The visit to the decorated apartment is done through virtual reality," says Città's executive director, Roberto Puppim. "We are using the Oculus VR device that allows potential clients to experience an immersive visit, enabling the client to walk inside the apartment and visualize the environments, all in the comfort of our stand, in a room equipped for the technology," describes Puppim.
Arti Design Living is an example of high standard being built in Vila Velha.
Composed of three towers (Musa, Bela, and Donna), it totals 53 high-end apartments, with 4 suites and sizes ranging from 195 to 640 m². The units offer 3 or 4 parking spaces, with options for Type, Garden, and Penthouse apartments (600 to 640 m²). The concept follows the "High End/Low Key" trend, combining contemporary luxury with minimalism.
"Among the highlights is a modern infrastructure with biometric elevators, a complete leisure structure, with a heated pool, spa, sauna, massage room, Conference Room, Social Club, pet care, and Pet Place, and one of our differentiators is the independent leisure area, which provides greater privacy and convenience for residents," says the director of Città, who adds: "We are on a 2,558 m² plot at Praia da Costa, a true exclusivity in today's world."
