Empathy Among Leaders

CRA-ES holds a webinar to discuss empathy among leadership Putting oneself in another's shoes, the ability to identify with another person, trying to understand feelings and emotions, seeking to experience what the other individual feels. These are some definitions of Empathy. Currently, whether in personal or professional relationships, the term is widely discussed and important. Thus, the Regional Council of Administration of Espírito Santo (CRA-ES), through the Thematic Chamber of Human Resources, promotes a webinar on "Empathy: The Essential Skill for Leaders" on July 13, via the Zoom platform, with Administrator and Soft Skills Trainer, Gillian Follador, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM. The focus of the webinar is to discuss empathy among leaders in the company. "We will share knowledge to understand socio-emotional skills in leadership and their impact," explains Administrator Gillian, who adds: "It is necessary to understand the types of empathy and broaden awareness of the practice in three spheres: the self, the us, and the result," she points out. The webinar is aimed at administration professionals who hold leadership roles or wish to develop this soft skill, and registrations can be made on the Council's website.
