Two new power plants have been installed in Guarapari to supply a distillery and a craft beer production facility. A total of 17 thousand kilowatts are generated from solar energy and used to maintain the space.
The plants operate within the premises of Reserva do Gerente, located in the Recanto da Sereia region. According to owner Ademar Belizário, "We use this electricity to produce not only our beer but also gin, cachaça, and to keep our entertainment space running," he said.
According to him, the decision to install the two plants reflects a business management awareness. Entrepreneurs are attentive to consumer demands, which are increasingly focused on environmental issues. The Sebrae Intelligence Report indicates that this behavior is characteristic of Generation Z, who may account for 40% of consumption in the sustainability market.
