Temperatures are rising across the country, and here it is no different. There’s nothing better than enjoying a cold drink. Now, imagine if that drink is healthy! This is the new proposal from Master Brewer Jovan Demoner - producer of the probiotic drink Kombucha Vivaodia – and bartender Rodrigo Perdigão, who created the combinations, all made with Kombucha.
For those who are not familiar, Kombucha is an ancient drink that originated in China, became popular in California (where Jovan learned about it), and is currently consumed by those with a healthy lifestyle. “In times of pandemic, there’s nothing better than consuming foods and drinks that are good for health and boost immunity, and since Kombucha Vivaodia is a fermented tea with live organisms, the results are proven,” assures Demoner. According to Jovan, the idea was to use the tea with combinations created by the bartender. “The Kombucha Vivaodia I produce is carbonated and served cold, so the combination was perfect,” he states.
Among the options created are drinks with and without alcohol. The non-alcoholic options are titled ‘Kombucha Aloha’ and include the flavors Blueberry, Passion Fruit, and Ginger, priced at R$ 15.00. “The combination was of Kombucha with the famous Monin – French fruit syrup,” he explains.
On the other hand, the Waikiki drink (R$ 25.00) features the flavors Passion Fruit, Grape, and Ginger. “The flavors of tropical fruits and the plant offer a lot of refreshment mixed with Gin,” explains Master Brewer Jovan Demoner.
