Pasta Day with tasty tips

The beloved pasta of Brazilians has a special day Next Sunday, the 25th, is celebrated as Pasta Day. The date was created in 1995 during the 1st World Pasta Congress, which takes place in Rome, Italy. A food adored by Brazilians, pasta is present in 99.3% of our homes, according to research by the Brazilian Association of Biscuit, Pasta and Industrialized Bread & Cake Industries (Abimapi). How about celebrating the date with a special dish? The tip from Bistrô Joaquim is the Sausage & Broccoli, which contains penne, artisanal smoked sausage, broccoli, and parmesan. "The dish is a light version for those who enjoy savoring pasta," says chef Patrícia Santos Neves. "We will serve this delicacy especially this Sunday in honor of the date," adds chef Patrícia Santos Neves. At Barlavento Beach Bar & Lounge, one of the highlights on the menu featuring the star of the day is the Palácio Anchieta. In this dish, the pasta receives the flavor of lemon butter and is accompanied by VG shrimp, squid rings, lobster, and fish fillet. It serves three people and is a hearty dish for lovers of good pasta and seafood.
