Healthy Delights for Christmas

Christmas is approaching, and this year family gatherings will be on the rise. During this period, the dinner is one of the stars of the night, and the pre-ordered dishes are highly sought after. Casa Graviola, a healthy food restaurant, has just launched its new menu with novelties for the occasion. “The Mushroom Quiche is the star of this special date,” says one of the partners, Letícia Salgado. “Made with Paris mushrooms and hummus, chickpea dough, and flaxseed, this quiche is our new dish,” she highlights. “Besides being tasty, the quiche is gluten-free,” Letícia explains.

For dessert lovers, the restaurant offers two desserts available for pre-order, “The Best Brownie in the World” and “Strawberry Cheesecake.” “The Brownie is a house classic, it was the first sweet recipe from Graviola, made without lactose and refined sugar,” shares the other partner, Lorena Cota. The Cheesecake is “made with lactose-free cottage cheese, almond base with coconut oil, and strawberry sauce, also gluten-free and without refined sugar,” she adds.

The pre-orders can be made until December 22, with two days' notice, payment is in advance, and customers must pick up at the restaurant. “We opted for customers to pick up here due to the delicacy of the recipes and to preserve them without delivery by motorcycle courier,” explains Letícia. If the customer wants to bring their own baking dish for the recipe to be made in it, it just needs to be round.
