The pandemic has redefined the housing preferences of residents in Espírito Santo. With the experience of social isolation and confinement within walls, many families have started to seek a home that offers bucolic spaces, green areas, and plenty of open air. These characteristics make the developments an oasis in the city and have become the differentiators of the projects available in Espírito Santo.
With over 7,700 square meters (m2) of green area alone, Paradise Hills Residence is a development that stands out for prioritizing native flora in its design, signed by Nazca. The project is located in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, with a special location just five minutes from the city center and was planned to provide a panoramic view of the region's major natural landmarks, such as Pico do Itabira.
In addition, the streets and squares were designed to be an extension of all the natural green area that the land already offers. “Paradise Hills has a privileged topography, and we decided to offer a development that values and reconnects residents with nature, all very close to the city center,” pointed out Nazca's director, Breno Peixoto.
Renowned architects such as Lucas Weber and Samira Siman exclusively design the Paradise Hills project. They designed homes where social interaction, natural light, and contemplation of nature are priorities in the family's daily life.
The development has been a sales success, with a total of 123 lots, up to 1,118 m2, where homes for family living can be built with monitored security, complete leisure facilities including courts, woods, an outdoor gym, pet areas, a community space with food truck areas, a skate park, bike paths, among others. There are more than 3,500 m2 of leisure space. “Living with your children in the midst of nature, with the freedom to come and go, in high-standard homes just five minutes from work, all of this is very special,” emphasizes Breno.
