Free Consulting is a Success Among Entrepreneurs

Initiative by CRA-ES through the Business Clinic has encouraged entrepreneurs to boost their business The free business consulting offered by the Regional Administration Council of Espírito Santo (CRA-ES) by volunteers for the entire state has exceeded expectations. The project launched this year, which serves individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs) and small businesses (EPP) from various segments registered with the Council, is a success. "The consulting was created by the Entrepreneurship and Inspiration Chamber at a time when many entrepreneurs needed support due to the pandemic, and the purpose was to create ways to assist them with something that would enrich and renew their business," says the president of CRA-ES, Administrator Maurílio José Inês. Proof of this are the reports from entrepreneurs who have already participated in the consultations through the Business Clinic and feel renewed, such as entrepreneur Wesley Pacheco de Andrade from WP Andrade Agropecuária Consulting. "For me, it was a turning point; I have had experience with other consultancies, but yours is in a different model, there were seven engaged consultants on the same subject, and many ideas emerged, and you provided the tranquility and focus I needed; you have expertise in the subject. I say there is a Wesley before CRA and one after CRA," he enthusiastically states. Entrepreneur Ingrid Glaiber from the photography company of the same name said that the consulting "is a very cool stimulus that provides many ideas and encourages us to try new ways for the business to grow, and we put together a well-focused, individualized plan, and actions arise that we will implement in the long term," she assures. For entrepreneur Ravenna Dell from Ravena Dell Moda Feminina, the experience was entirely positive. "I learned a lot, understood management processes, administration, and marketing issues that I hadn’t used before, and with this knowledge, I feel more capable of advancing projects and improving more and more," highlights the entrepreneur. Those who wish to participate need to register on the CRA website and wait for contact from a volunteer consultant who will have the necessary skills for the desired consulting.   OTHER INFORMATION: craes.org.br/clinica-de-negocios/ We are available from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, via chat on our website, email, or WhatsApp. eventos@craes.org.br | 27 99919-1317
