A mega supermarket, banks, and various stores will be part of a commercial complex that will be inaugurated in December this year in Viana. The municipality has received potential investments in recent years, positively impacting growth and real estate appreciation. In light of this favorable scenario, the project was designed by the developer Nazca. It is located on a stretch of BR-101/ES, on a 16,749 square meter (m²) plot where the Posto Sete Belo used to operate.
Named Extra Center Viana, the complex will also provide more than 170 parking spaces to meet the demand of the 8,000 m² supermarket, which belongs to the Extrabom chain; and the 24 internal stores, anchors, franchises, and food court. Additionally, two bank branches will operate in the space, one of which is Bradesco.
The expectation is that, with all stores occupied, an average of 140 job vacancies will be created, not counting the opportunities from the bank branches and the supermarket. The Extra Center is exclusively for lease, and besides the stores, two large commercial rooms are still available. This urban growth is a sign of the good moment that the economy of Espírito Santo is experiencing, as well as the positive forecasts for the national economy.
According to information from Nazca, the construction was completed within a three-year period, and the Extra Center Viana will be delivered with all the necessary infrastructure to serve entrepreneurs and consumers in the region.
