More than 10 million businesses stopped operating during the pandemic, indicated a survey by the Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae). The data also shows that 30% of entrepreneurs sought loans, but 59.2% of them had their requests denied. The imminent scenario is that of judicial recovery. But is it possible to adopt this alternative in such a delicate economic moment?
The answer to this question will be discussed in the webinar "Means of recovery for businesses during and after the pandemic," organized by the Regional Administration Council of Espírito Santo (CRA-ES). The online event is free and will take place on Wednesday (20), at 5 PM, via the Zoom app and streamed on our YouTube channel. Registrations can be made at bit.ly/webinar-craes
Renowned specialists on the subject will lead the debate. They are: Administrator Júlio César Teixeira de Siqueira, also the author of the book "Judicial Recovery of Medium and Small Businesses: Practical Guide for Creditors and Debtors." And Lawyer Victor Queiroz Passos Costa. In addition, Administrator Gláucio Siqueira, who is also the coordinator of the Thematic Chamber of Entrepreneurship of CRA-ES. He will mediate the event.
