On Wednesday, March 11th, the restaurants at Alice Vitoria Hotel, in downtown Vitoria, and CCV Gourmet, at the Convention Center of Vitoria, in Santa Lúcia, will bring the warmth of home and the love of family to a special lunch featuring homemade dishes or what is called Comfort Food.
On the menu, options will include: spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce; ground beef stew with vegetables and corn; spinach and cheese gratin in white sauce; chicken stroganoff with crispy potatoes; corn cream; rice balls with mozzarella; and seafood lasagna. And for the “grand finale,” the classic Romeu e Julieta (guava paste with cheese), served in cups, in a creamy and even more delicious dessert.
The idea of the entrepreneurs, Xuxu and Flavia Neffa, is to offer a different menu once a month for lovers of good gastronomy. The dishes are served from 12 PM to 3 PM, at the price of R$ 57.90 per kilogram.
