"We know how important it is to gather friends and family on special occasions. That's why we created this proposal so that customers can have a memorable event, with the gastronomic excellence of Coco Bambu, without giving up an accessible price," explains Pedro Soares, one of the partners of the restaurant at Shopping Praia da Costa in Vila Velha.
The menu has been carefully crafted to please all palates, starting with delicious appetizers of fish strips and mini sun-dried beef pastries, which can be replaced by eggplant caponata. For main courses, the menu offers three irresistible options: pizzaiolo fish, sun-dried beef from the hinterland, and Praia de Olinda shrimp, with the flexibility to substitute them for chicken parmesan. To finish on a high note, the dessert is a tasty baked coconut candy. The drinks included in the package are sparkling water, Coca-Cola, or Guaraná (Normal or Zero).
"Customers who want to further personalize the experience can opt for additional packages, which include natural juices, beers, caipifrutas, and a special selection of wines and sparkling wines," points out Soares.
Lucas Rodrigues, one of the partners of the Praia do Canto unit in Vitória, highlights the team's commitment to providing impeccable service. "Our team is highly qualified, from reception to the service of waiters and kitchen. We want every guest to feel special and enjoy the event without worries."
Events last for three hours, with the option to add an extra hour for 20% of the total event value. At Coco Bambu Vila Velha, the space has an elevator for access to the mezzanine, while the Vitória unit does not have elevator or ramp accessibility to the mezzanine.
